I felt the nursing and medical staff were under strain due to lack of staff
But looked after me very well.
The only criticism I have is the contractor engaged to supply the caterers and porters were totally inefficient.
Otherwise I have nothing but praise for the hospital

The morning of my surgery i was moved to three different beds...in the same wing as they seemed confused about who was where...like a game of musical chairs. After t surgery i was given two wildy different explanations of the outcome of my surgery. Stitches were too tight which lead to infection. But...The recovery team were fantastic!...very friendly, very caring and made me feel at ease.

all great, waiting is always an issue, toilets could have been cleaner.

after I had found out what was wrong I felt a lot more at ease. I could not have been looked after any better . I still have a scar and pain inside. I was made an extra appointment, I phoned to ask if I could have it on the 31st of august and got one on the 1st of September.

the care I have received from Dr. Abdul has always been first rate. He puts you at ease and is very gentle. the nurses are A+ and we couldn’t do without them and their reassurances.
